Position Overview

CCMSI is seeking an experienced Litigation Representative to manage litigated Multi-Line claims for a single dedicated client. Under the direction of the Litigation Manager, this role involves overseeing property damage litigation, Small Claims Court matters, and moderate bodily injury claims. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, experience managing defense counsel, and the ability to ensure cost-effective litigation strategies.

Responsibilities

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve litigated claims.
Oversee and manage litigation strategies, ensuring cost control and compliance.
Provide support to local divisions/General Managers in Small Claims Court matters.
Maintain organized claim files with appropriate documentation and analysis.
Establish and manage loss reserves and legal budgets.
Effect settlements within authority and provide recommendations on larger claims.
Participate in monthly claim reviews, meetings, and conference calls with the client and defense counsel.
Ensure compliance with state regulations, client procedures, and industry best practices.
Represent the company in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
Maintain and renew adjuster licenses, including required continuing education.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience handling Multi-Line claims.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Arizona Adjuster License required or ability to obtain within 60 days.
